| Start by opening a image. |

| Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settingsa as shown. |

| Duplicate the layer. |

| From layer pallete change the color mode to linear dodge. |

| From filter menu select distort>>diffuse glow to add glow. |
