| Start by creating a new file. Fill the background with the color of your choice. |

| From filter menu select render>>fibers. Apply settings as shown. |

| From filter menu select blur>>radial blur. Apply settings as shown. |
 |
 |
| Duplicate the layer. From filter menu select sketch>>halftone pattern. Apply settings as shown. |

| Change the layer mode to color burn. |
 |
| Duplicate the layer. From filter menu select distort>>twirl. Apply settings as shown. |
 |
 |
| Change the layer mode to lighten. |
 |
 |
| Create some snowflake 1shapes using custom shape tool. |
 |
 |
| From filter menu select blur>>radial blur. Apply settings as shown. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+F several times to apply the effect again. |
 |
| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |
 |

| Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select flip horizontal. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Change color overlay with the settings shown. |

| Change the layer mode to pin light. |
 |
 |
| Create ornament 8 shape using custom shape tool. |
 |
 |
| From filter menu select blur>>radial blur. Apply settings as shown. |

| Change the layer mode to soft light. |
 |
| Select the top layer. From layer menu select new adjustment layers>>hue/saturation. |
 |
| Apply settings as shown. |
