XP Style Money Icon

Start by creating a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.

Create another circle using elliptical shape tool. Fill it with slightly darker shade.

Type "$" and place it over the circle.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Create some more $ and place as shown.

Select and merge all the layers. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select distort. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Duplicate the layer. Move it a few pixels downwards. Move this layer below all the layers in layer order in layer palette.

Create a paper band using pen tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Select and merge all the layers. Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select distort. Adjust nodes to create another bundle of currency.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Greener Pastures Logo

Start by creating a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select rotate 90°.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Duplicate the layer and scale it down a few pixels.

Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.

Change the layer mode to pin light.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. Change the layer mode to difference.

Create flower 6 shape using custom shape tool

Create a leaf 3 shape using custom shape tool. Apply the stroke layer style.

Duplicate the leaf layer and place as shown.

Select the flower shape layer. Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the selection. From select menu apply modify>>contract. Contract the selection by 2 pixels.

Create a new layer and apply a black to white gradient in linear mode.

Change the layer mode to screen.

Type the company name using a nice font.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Type the byline of the logo.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Start by creating a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Enable add to shape area form the top bar. Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.

Create another ellipse using elliptical shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown. Apply gradient overlay as shown.

Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool. Apply same layer style. Change gradient overlay direction angle. Select the previous shape. Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the selection. From select menu apply modify>>contract. Contract the selection by 3 pixels.
