Abstract Radial Blurred Background
Start by creating a new file. Fill the background with the color of your choice.
From filter menu select render>>fibers. Apply settings as shown.
From filter menu select blur>>radial blur. Apply settings as shown.
Duplicate the layer. From filter menu select sketch>>halftone pattern. Apply settings as shown.
Change the layer mode to color burn.
Duplicate the layer. From filter menu select distort>>twirl. Apply settings as shown.
Change the layer mode to lighten.
Create some snowflake 1shapes using custom shape tool.
From filter menu select blur>>radial blur. Apply settings as shown.
Press Ctrl+F several times to apply the effect again.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select flip horizontal. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Change color overlay with the settings shown.
Change the layer mode to pin light.
Create ornament 8 shape using custom shape tool.
From filter menu select blur>>radial blur. Apply settings as shown.
Change the layer mode to soft light.
Select the top layer. From layer menu select new adjustment layers>>hue/saturation.
Apply settings as shown.
