Designing Letter Head

Create a apply a gradient to the background.

Create two twirl shapes using custom shape tool. Reduce the opacity to 20%.

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Create some lines over the rectangle using line shape tool.

Reduce the opacity to 10%. Select white rectangle layer. Enable subtract form shape area form the top bar. Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.

Create more holes as shown in the mage.

Create a thin circular frame shape using custom shape tool.

Squeeze it horizontally.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

From layer menu select layer style>>create layers. Select and merge all the resulting layers. Using eraser tool delete the bottom right area.

Duplicate several times to create a spiral bind.

Insert company logo on top left and other contact details on top right.

Select the white rectangle layer. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Insert a cutout of a pen and place at the bottom.
